Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, your package will arrive according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders include tracking information. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are the responsibility of the shipping service chosen by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
If your package becomes lost or delayed, we will assist you in filing a claim or locating it, but the shipping carrier is fully responsible for final delivery.
